Foursquare Covenant 2018 rum is the 23rd in the prestigious ECS series. This is a blend of molasses rums from 2004 and 2005 with tropical aging for 18 years in ex-bourbon barrels. It was bottled at 58% without the addition of coloring and additives. Once the Foursquare distillery produced a magnificent, complex, superb rum.

Nose: Aromas of cocoa, caramel and candied ginger.
Palate: Caramel, plum jam, candied orange and dark chocolate.
Finish: Original notes of burnt rubber, black tea and eucalyptus.
Foursquare distillery is now among the most modern distilleries globally. Owned by the Seale family since 1926 in Barbados, it produces light style rum in a three-column still and a more robust style in a pot still. It crafts the world's best spiced rum, along with white, amber, and aged rums.
