€58.50 VAT included

When introduced in 2013, Chivas Regal Mizunara marks a unique milestone in whiskey making, being the first Scotch whiskey to be finished partly in Mizunara oak barrels. It was during a visit that Colin Scott, impressed by the traditions and whiskey culture of the Japanese, decided to pay tribute to the country of the Rising Sun manufacturing process. Faithful to the Chivas Regal style, the reference reveals rich and fruity notes and places the single malt Strathisla at the heart of its blend. The Mizunara oak wood brings subtlety to this unique blend, and marks it with a unique spicy note.

THE BRAND

The history of Chivas takes root in the 19th century, in Scotland, when James and John Chivas had the idea of assembling malt and grain whiskeys to give birth to a whiskey with a balanced taste. The art of blending was born. From this know-how has emerged the Chivas style: balanced and fruity whiskeys, made from the heart of heating from the Strathisla distillery.
