The Artesanal 30-year-old 1991/2022 Guyana rum comes from the Uitvlugt distillery, which closed its doors in 1999. From the famous Port Mourant double wooden still, this rum was distilled in December 1991 from fine cane molasses. This rare rum was bottled in July 2022 for only 236 copies. It is characterized by its elegant and complex aromas of fruit, herbs, with a hint of wood.
Very limited series.
Nose: Sweet with hints of cherries and plums, leather, anise and wood.
Palate: Complex and powerful with fruity floral notes and noble wood notes with vanilla and anise.
Finish: Long and slightly dry with lingering oak notes.
