After distillation in a double-ended wooden still called Versailles, the rum was aged for 30 years in unreduced oak barrels at 56.8%. Refined, complex, deep, this exceptional rum does not lack adjectives.

Nose: Refined, complex with notes of citrus fruits, almond paste.
Palate: Mineral, slightly smoky and liquorice
