It’s an exclusive for France.
Nose: Sweet, honey, toasted oak caramel.
Taste: Tasty, with citrus, vanilla flavours and chocolate flavours.
Finish: Long, smooth with vanilla.
THE BRAND
The isolated Livet valley made it an ideal place for illicit distillation in 1822. It was there that George Smith the founder learned his craft away from customs officers and soldiers. In 1824, after a change in legislation, George Smith was to obtain his licence and thus become the first legal distiller in the parish of Glenlivet.
Many years have passed, and the vision of the founder is pursued, breaking traditions, establishing new standards and moving things forward, selecting unique and exceptional barrels, finishes and liquids.
