Nose : Notes of caramel, red fruits with raspberry and cherry, an orange side, then custard. 

Palate : Rich, with aromas of red fruits, some bergamot and dark chocolate and a hint of spice, cinnamon. 

Finish : Spices, dark chocolate, bergamot. 

THE BRAND

Dalmore, owners the oldest stills in the Highlands, one of them has been in operation since 1874. Different “spirit stills” are used and this unique combination makes it possible for this distillery to obtain a very balanced single malt with incredible complexity. To age their whisky, Dalmore largely uses sherry casks of a wide variety : Oloroso, Amoroso, Mathusalem (from the Gonzales Byass bodega in Andalusia). An exceptional partnership in every way. Once the whisky has reached maturity, the different types of casks are assembled to give birth to one of the expressions of their range, the final product resting for an additional period of four months in order to promote the blend and the harmony of the flavours.
