Lagavulin 8-year-old is a very peaty single malt created by the Lagavulin distillery. It was made from a selection of high-quality barrels.
It offers on the nose a mixture of notes of pepper and citrus zest with a delicate smokiness. Light and fine on the palate, Lagavulin has round and warm notes, a smoky flavour and a powerful taste. The long and smoky finish ends the tasting with great finesse.

THE BRAND
Lagavulin was the first distillery to produce whisky on the Isle of Islay Located to the east of Port Ellen, which provides it with its malted barley. Lagavulin produces a peaty malt in strict respect of the island’s traditions. Smoky, salty and slightly woody, Lagavulin’s character has become a true ambassador of the Islay malts.
