Gin Bleu de Limoges 41%
The "Bleu de Limoges" Gin, crafted by Laurent Mandon, is the culmination of seven years of travel and artistic inspiration. It pays homage to the iconic elegance of Limoges porcelain's "bleu de four" by drawing inspiration from the Southeast Asian flower, Clitoria, also known as blue pea. Its infusion with quinine, found in many tonics, gives it an azure hue that transforms into an enchanting violet. The changing label, responding to light, adds a mysterious dimension to this creation.
Comprising 16 carefully selected ingredients from around the globe, this gin unveils a subtle balance of citrus, blending the robustness of peppers with the delicacy of flowers harmoniously.
Nose: Predominantly tangy notes.
Palate: Dominated by flavors of peppery and tangy herbs, mushrooms, and eucalyptus.
Finish: Balanced and persistent. Best enjoyed chilled or with tonic.
