Bellevoye Prune is a non-peated French whisky aged in casks that previously held old plums. This whisky is crafted from a blend of non-peated malts sourced from Nord-Pas-de-Calais, Alsace, and Charente. It is first aged for three to eight years in oak barrels at each of the selected distilleries, then refined in casks that previously contained high-quality Quetsche and Ente plum brandies at the Bellevoye cellar in Charente. This whisky won a gold medal at the International Spirit Challenge in 2020.
