Nose: Lively and upfront, blending lemon, orange blossom, and honey. Aromas of sugarcane.
Taste: Freshness and complexity intertwine with notes of lemon, vanilla, sugar-roasted pineapple, roasted wheat, and malt. Hints of citrus and citron zest. The lingering taste is surprising, marked by perfect elegance.
Pairing : You can pair it with a smooth foie gras, game such as a Royale hare, or a royal Brillat-Savarin cheese. For dessert, enhance the experience with chocolate.
