SCAPA

Scapa is a whisky distillery located on the north of Scotland, on the main island of Orkney. It was founded in 1885 by John Townsend. After being mothballed in 1994, the Pernod Ricard group acquired it in 2005 by. However, the distillery has kept its traditional production methods. It produces a very lightly peated single malt, unlike most whiskies produced in Scotland.
