Matusalem 15-year-old Gran Reserva Fuenmayor is a traditional Dominican rum representing the Cuban style of the 30s to 50s. Aged using the solera process, this "cognac of rums" is both sweet and spicy. For this limited edition, the label was designed by the famous Latin American artist Gonzolo Fuenmayor.
Nose : Fine and elegant, it is slightly dominated by notes of orange and oak but it is in fact a very large tray of aromas that appear in the glass: vanilla, caramel, tobacco, sweet spices, dried and candied fruits.
Palate : Plutôt douce et racée, toujours une belle présence des agrumes et des notes plus marquée de prune, le tout enrobé de notes pâtissières.
Finish : Longue sur la vanille et les fruits secs.
