This 22-year-old Long Pond is marked ITP, synonymous with a low ester level of between 60 and 120 grams per hectoliter of pure alcohol leaving the still.
Nose: Rich, chocolatey, apricot, red fruits, vetiver, dried rose.
Palate: Lively, powerful, smoky, spicy, raspberry, mineral, volcanic.
Finish: Long, lavender honey, wild strawberry, indulgent, powdery, fruity.
