Nose : Fruity and saline, slightly tingling on citrus fruits and sweet ginger.
Palate : Creamy and sweet with hints of cinnamon, citrus and syrup. Notes of peach and apricot that develop into cereals and white chocolate. Hint of mint.
Finish : Quite short but very pleasant. On dried fruit, almond and pepper.
Mackmyra is a Swedish distillery, 100% local and eco-friendly. Mackmyra is the first distillery to see the light of day on Swedish territory, in 1999 in the heart of the province of Gästrikland. In 2012, they opened a second distillery, with the evocative and futuristic name of Gravity. This distillery uses the law of gravity to reduce its environmental footprint. Result: Gravity is the first distillery with a neutral carbon impact, and today produces all of the Mackmyra Single Malts!
