Long Pond 2019 was produced at the Long Pond Distillery in Trelawny, Jamaica. The STCE “mark” was a specific formula from the Cambridge distillery which closed in 1947. This bottling is a reproduction of this historical mark. STCE is the abbreviation of "Simon Thompson Cambridge Estate", after the name of the Master Distiller. with rums whose ester rate is 550-700 gr/hLAP. After only 3 years of aging in a tropical climate, the share of angels has exceeded 22%.

Long Pond Distillery is located in the heart of Trelawny in Jamaica, an area particularly rich in sugar cane. With a history dating back to the 1750s, production methods have remained unchanged. It is owned by the National Rums of Jamaica Ltd.
