

Redbreast 12-year-old Cask Strength is the unreduced version of the famous Irish Redbreast 12-year-old Single Pot Still. Distilled 3 times from malted and malted barley, this cask crude pushes to its maximum the aromatic of Redbreast. Aged in ex Spanish oloroso sherry casks and ex bourbon casks, bottled without cold filtering, it expresses all its power by focusing on exuberant notes of fruit, malted barley and spices.
Nose: Fruity and oaky. Exotic fruits, dried apricots and figs, then spices and toasted oak.
Taste: Rich and sweet. Bouquet of spices, exuberant fruits, vanilla.
Finish: Long and complex, between notes of fruits and spices for an apotheosis on malted barley.
