Aged in ex Spanish oloroso sherry casks and ex bourbon casks, bottled without cold filtering, it expresses all its power by focusing on exuberant notes of fruit, malted barley and spices.
Nose: Fruity and oaky. Exotic fruits, dried apricots and figs, then spices and toasted oak.
Taste: Rich and sweet. Bouquet of spices, exuberant fruits, vanilla.
Finish: Long and complex, between notes of fruits and spices for an apotheosis on malted barley.
